Going to pin this one for the time being, just so you guys know when my support team and I are more likely to be available for questions.

I understand everyone is from different time zones, and I've spent some time overseas myself over the last couple years. Trying to be on when any given person from any given time zone has an issue turns into an all day and night thing sometimes. It's always five o-clock somewhere, right? lol.

Note: I am currently in Eastern Time Zone, USA. Keep that in mind when asking questions. If it is 3am where I am when you ask, probably not going to wake up in the middle of the night to look through game logs, lol

TL;DR Version:

Support will be available mornings and evenings during the week. Weekends are at my discretion.

Regardless of what anyone believes, I do spend most days working on or coming up with new code on top of the questions/support, and I do that pretty much every day of the week. There are a lot of days where I sit on here sun up to sun down trying to figure out something I'm stumped on, some kind of game bug/work around, or an issue someone is having in game.

The problem is, that is not healthy. So, I have to set some more strict time frames for when I will be online. My support team is always at their discretion. They can answer any time they like, and only have to answer what they feel like answering when they have time to answer.

For me, mornings and evenings during the week will be the best times to get quick answers. Everything will still get answered eventually, but I need to set some time aside to completely unplug and touch grass - or snow soon here lol. Mornings and evenings should catch the prime play time for most people, regardless of time zone. Anything that falls in between will be answered as soon as I'm back at the PC, or if I have my phone handy and can answer that way.

Weekends are just going to be play by ear. If you ask a question on a weekend, expect to get a response Monday morning. If I'm around anyway, you might get an answer sooner. Just understand weekends and afternoons are for personal time, so no guarantee during those times.
