Release: Placeable Design Kit v1.0.0.0

Merry early Christmas everyone! This one has been pending on ModHub for over 3 weeks now, and I'm tired of waiting lol. So, I've posted it over on itch.io.

What this does it allow users/modders to add more design configurations to placeables. Currently supported are design (object change) and color configurations.

Configurations are added via a mod's modDesc.xml file, much like brands or store items. The rest is done inside of the placeable's xml file.
