Preview of PAST 1.0-pre5: Now With More Pew Pew

I know I haven't posted -pre4 here, but that was for a good reason: as soon as I shipped it on Discord, it became obvious that other things needed to be done, and those things led to other things. I finally decided to skip -pre4 here and just ship you guys a bigger, better -pre5.
We're still running this through the usual tests, but I expect to have it out the door sometime this weekend, probably tomorrow. It includes a redesign of the registration/uninstall and logging systems, which meant a solidification of the AI decision chain, which overall means some of the best AI processing for either PAST or PANPC.
For anyone interested, I'm also working on redoing the gun aim models to be less generic and more specialized, because I got tired of everything (including shotguns) being treated as rifles. Rabite, above, is also using the new aim models. That mod is available now on the Discord.
