More Whitby Gown Progress Peeks...
The bodice is done!!! These photos are from last night when I was almost done sewing everything into place, but I had to finish up the last of it today. It was a LOT of awkward hand sewing, tacking on all this trim and then beading little bits, finally adding a few flowers as a final finish too of course. I have yet to try the whole finished gown on with flower skirt drapes and all, but I am hoping to get photos/video of the gown tomorrow if the weather will cooperate. It's going to be rather hot in this costume here in August, but I've got to get this project finished up so I can jump into some new stuff soon!

I did indeed, and the blue patterning table of doom is also spattered a bit to prove it 😂
