Patreon Spreadsheets Strike Again?! (names in credits)
Once again it looks like when I downloaded the list of Preparators to add to the credits of SABOTEUR something went screwy, so some names are missing!
In order to get everything spelled correctly and in nice alphabetical order, I download your names from Patreon directly in a spreadsheet, and in doing so I am able to select what tier list I wish to download. I used to just download the active Preparators list, but ah-ha, some folks are pledging Preparator levels but are still marked as a lower tier in Patreon's database and therefore were being skipped. Okay I thought, I'll set the list to anyone pledging $10 and up, that should catch anyone marked under a different tier! But alas...something is still going awry!
The best way to make sure Patreon, and therefore my spreadsheet, doesn't miss your name (rude!) is to make sure you are set to the Preparator tier. I will download the active Preparator list and the $10 plus list and cross check to make sure every name is there that is supposed to be this week! In the future though, to set a policy of a kind, I am just going to be downloading the Preparators list, so if you want to be included in the credits, make sure to select that tier!
You may even have to cancel and re-sub at that tier if necessary, as I believe a few people have had issues with this updating in the past. Thank yo SO MUCH for your support in making these look books possible, I want your name in those credits!
I will be re-exporting SABOTEUR with updated and corrected credits tomorrow night before the video launches on the channel on Thursday. Hopefully by cross referencing spreadsheets every name will be added in correctly! So sorry for the confusion!

Hm. That makes sense. I became a Patreon about the time you shifted the tiers, I'm at that Preparator level, but give a bit more which might be why my name wasn't correct. I'll cancel/resub again and I'm sure it will be a LOT easier than weeding thru 1000+ Patreons!
No stress, your doin' your best! Tis but an electronic scratch. There will be other digital bouts to be had, you've been rolling with the punches gracefully!
Good luck Bianca! I am only at the $5.00 level per month, but am excited to see you have so many patrons.
Thank you so much for your support Mel! ❤️
Sloper! Stupid autocorrect
Excited nonetheless for you to have 1000 patrons! Excellent. And the lookbook is stunning. Fabulous. Check out those gams in that high slit! Making my blocks this week with a Vogue slower pattern...wish me luck. Using my child as a block buddy.
I'm am thrilled that you have 1,000 Preparators!
Alas I do not I promise! 😂 There are around 1000 patrons total is all, and patreon's spreadsheet filters are not the best, so I have to go through and find all the Preparators by pledge amount instead of by tier because patreon can't seem to keep it straight 😅✨
I noticed that Patreon is a little wonky. We keep changing our name to Mike and Ceara and it keeps defaulting back to just my husband and also if I try to look at tiers of different folks it only shows the base tier. Get it together Patreon!!!
I can imagine it's very hard to code a system this giant, but also, why have filters on the spreadsheets if they don't work? 😅😂
Thanks for reminding me to edit my memberships. I went up a tier here. What raises are for. :)
Aw thank you so much Susan!! ❤️
I noticed a few familiar names were missing. Name in the credits or not, we are here for you!❤️
Yeah seriously!! My little self was going through the names (I always have to correct the spellings on ones with special characters and such) and thought "well I guess some people have just canceled is all..." like, no, the spreadsheets are just all very messed up! 🤦♀️ Thank you Penny ❤️
I know that you've just said that you aren't going to cross reference anything going forward, but I'm happy to help out with a vlookup (a spreadsheet way to automatically cross reference lists) in the future. I'm a data person and you can bet that the data that I have to work with is rarely clean and easy to deal with.
I think I've figured out the best way devised so far: instead of using Patreon's filters to narrow down the list, I can just download the long list of every active patron, sort by pledge amount and then grab anybody over $10. I think the filters built into patreon's system are buggy as all get out!! Every time I download a spreadsheet with their same filters on it seems to give different results and it's just nooot cute 😫😅
