Behind The Scenes Snap // What a difference a day makes...
Two photos taken several hours apart. The next backdrop set is under construction! I cleaned up all of Narnia, I mean ahem, the winter graveyard, and it was a FUN TIME for sure. Remind me not to sprinkle fake snow everywhere again okay?
I pulled out my old Star Wars set from this video a few years ago: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gwY1vFLsPeQ&t=14s I made the wall pieces out of pink insulation foam and they've been in storage since. I painted them my favorite shade of gray today as a base, it will need another coat and then some distressing of course. The door was a light gray already, but is going to be a dirty yellow color instead for this one, and needs at least one more coat if not two since the yellow paint isn't very full coverage. I have some faux neon signs, a fake LED screen (white piece of foam with a video/image projected onto it), many colored lights, and some crates and props to add as well. Tomorrow will be a full work day on this set, though I may try and get a tiny bit more sewing done too while I wait for paint to dry and such. I also need to learn to do graffiti, but one thing at a time 😅
