So envious of your chance to go to London! I worked in Mayfair in a cafe during the summer of 1986 on a college student work exchange program, and it is one of my favorite places, too. I also used to walk and walk, just absorbing everything. I still have a pair of black suede winklepicker ankle boots with 4 western-style buckles (oh, the 80s) that I bought at Kensington Market. I haven't been back, partly because it's expensive, partly because there are so many other places I haven't been to, but I look forward to hearing about your adventures!

I looked at those shoes, and I hate to say it but they look more like Gertie Hirsch. I have two of her books and your 50s style is more authentic than hers.

Hi, I don't know what to say really. I'm so sorry for your loss of your cat. That must have been horrendous, the way it happened. At least I can say that I love that you're going to show your hats. I do love hats as you might have heard. I look forward to more of your avant-garde creations coming up. I confess that I don't care what you make, because I love everything that you do, and have done since the beginning of time. Your idea to auction off your pattern for charity is a good idea. The world does need charity at this point I think, both in a real way and in thought. Take care of yourself, and remember to be kind to yourself too. I really love all those collection and design ideas you're talking about... and the Stormtrooper Lexus is such a perfect description! I also wanted to say how very sorry I am about your cat experience. I can only imagine the awfulness of dealing with it while your parents were away. Oh and I wanted to say, I was in a fabric shop the other day and I found all this shiny fabric that was SO Bianca, and I nearly bought it. I had to remind myself that it's your style, not mine lol.

I love your podcasts, I listen to them while I embroider and your voice is so relaxing. I am so sorry about your kitty boy, but when you mentioned kittens I was smiling and my heart was happy for you. I wish I wasn't so allergic to cats because I love them, but I do have a Shiba Inu named Pippin and he is very cat like sometimes. I would love to see more beetles and hats btw. I love your collection and craft videos. You inspire me so much and I am so happy that I found your channel. ❤️

I find it funny about you only liking cars that are black or white. I have always wanted a colorful car but instead have had a white car, a black car, and again a white car. I am here for more color blocking and shiny space queen dresses. I am planning on making a color block dress soon and with every video you make, I am even more inspired. While the world around me is a dumpster fire, my bubble is happy and healthy. My husband and I are celebrating our 15th anniversary next month by going on a trip sans kiddos. I am equal parts excited and anxious as it will be the longest we’ve been away from them. I hope the kittens your parents find are a balm for your weary heart.

I have been thinking about that movie CQ when I look at your work lately, not because of similar styles but just because retro futurism I guess. I am obsessed with tulip sleeves so this has me very excited about upcoming videos. I think this is my favourite dress you have ever made, it’s beautiful (the space queen) and your passion for the project certainly does show. I think auctioning the pattern and donating is a great idea. So this sounds stupid but my second set of twins are “graduating” preschool and it’s hella silly but also just the kind of thing we need in our lives right now with all the shit in the world, so that’s my happy news… Great big uncomfortable hug(as I assume everyone is as awkward as me) and much love. I love your work! Whatever you want to do is worth seeing IMO. Really curious about this neon fabric, too. As long as they get two kittens, the cats should keep themselves busy and entertained. Ours used to wrestle and play fight for hours, and then crash for a nap, and then start allllll over again...
