Office/Lounge/Library Design Sketches
This is the office/lounge/library design mock up I was mentioning in the podcast. Because a jewel toned gal cannot be stopped ✨ And one day I hope to build an etagere style cat tree for in there along the central wall. Bonus, I already own this exact furisode kimono!
And yes I want to paint the ceiling dark royal blue with golden stars, becuase it's me 😅

Is there a place we can submit images of pattern drafting idea We’d like Bianca to tackle?
The colors are very soothing. You might consider making the tree trunks the same color as the sky background. I love all the shapes you picked. <3
OMG!! 😍😍
Ohhh, Bianca, it's beautiful! Your choices of colors is just perfect! I love the jewel tones! I challenge you to an aubergine and dark magenta with gold accents room .
I love this, it’s got a real Art and Crafts vibe. Have you thought about doing a 4 seasons style stencilled frieze? Moving from one season to another around the room? Maybe suggest each season by the colours used? In any case, it’s going to look stunning.
I love this. The trees are amazing. Can't wait to see how it comes out!
Love this!! Very beautiful…(& I am curious - I bought a few & they were so musty. I haven’t known how to handle that, so they are in bags as I have allergies. Is this anything you might have a tip on? No worries if not 🥰. I am tempted to wash them by hand and air them dry in the sun for a few days this summer.)
Love it to bits!
I want that ceiling in my bedroom. I can count stars when I can't sleep. 🥰
Me too! I had those plastic glow-in-the-dark stars stuck to the ceiling of my college dorm room (in the late 90s). Very rudimentary version of this, lol
My grandmother used to say that it's good to have nice things in a room, because when you're sick in bed and looking at the walls, having pretty things to admire helps take your mind off of your problems. I grew up in a log house (cedar) and whenever I had to lay in bed, there were all sorts of interesting lines and knots in the wood to look at, plus it was dark and shady and good for resting. In a few years, your house will be full of these interesting spaces to just rest, look and admire! I've been enjoying your house updates and think it's pretty remarkable how determined you are to get things just so and all on your own, too! I also love seeing your cats, especially Oliver's paw.
If you search Wayfair for <69” Lotus Cat Tree> - I have the mahogany one and my cat loves it. It’s sturdy and it doesn’t look like a typical cat tree and it lived through 2 cross-country moves unscathed.
Be still my colour loving heart….💙🦋🩵💙🦋🩵💙
Oooo! Love this!
Absolutely gorgeous! Can’t wait to see it come true
