Definitely a little loose on the therapy terms here. Made it sound like anything and everything was welcome despite actually wanting to look for funnier or lighthearted stories. Nonetheless though, it's incredible still having the courage and compassion for both parties to work together to at least bring some alleviation or reassurance to the folks in need that spoke on the podcast. But some better forethought should've been planed and discussed as a community in my opinion.

Next episode you should pick out everyone that’s gonna be in the episode beforehand; some people got work or school and can’t stay up waiting for the possibility to get to talk, maybe tell everyone to join the discord at a point and time, take screenshots of the names, put them into a random name picker and then on discord or Patreon display the people picked and time slots they get
