- Im gonna say this in detail so it wont get mixed up but its real simple. 1. I would make a patron only "Interview" chat with an 6 hour slowmode, 2. ask people to make a quick short (100 words or less) like portfolio, In that new Chatroom, Only do it once tho im sure people will spam 3. Pin and give the ones you like a discord role like interview or some meme, maybe like 20+ people 4. Give that roll their own VC chat room 5. State a date and time to show up with an discord event or even just a Role ping. 6. Would expect some people not to show up but, You can gauge how much time you want to spend with each person by looking at the total amount of people who actually showed. 7. You can remove the roll after the interview and or lock the discord channel to make it more clean, but you would have a chatroom where people can actually talk AND you could possibly interview everyone with a size that small so no one is just waiting around for nothing. This achieves people being able to talk to each other and it not being live so no n words in an audience. And will prevent 270 people complain about waiting for 4 hours and not getting picked

Y'all threw the idea out there during the last episode but a TALENT SHOW would be funny! Every Patron has a few minutes to show y'all their talent.

Yes another, but keep it themeless. As far as organization: make a waiting room where you drag the next 6 guests into (you each choose two). You pull them into the interview room from the waiting room as you would normally. Once you have interviewed the 6 and the room is empty, refill the waiting room with 6 and start again. It's mostly a quality of life change for the patreons so they're not stuck to their chair for five hours. If you're not in the next six, you can go handle life tasks. It also provides an opportunity for them to be 'screened' & verify mic/cam is working.

It’d be cool if maybe this time it was on a weekend day so those of us who work during the week can be involved.

Once a month don't sound too bad just for the short run, but gotta be careful of making it a trend that loses its value quickly. Plus also there's probably a lot of desperate mfs about to make the episodes heinous (myself included). But honestly, I'd say focus on what you can reasonably put out in december, especially during the holiday seasons when family plans becomes a priority.
