Town Progress (NPC Skin Randomizer)
I uploaded a new video showing a proof of concept of a skin randomizer for the NPCs. I just have to draw more skin options for it to choose from.

So the walkcycle animation can just be applied to other sprites huh?
can we interact with people in town or they are just moving without interaction possible?
Some people may be interactable but not the large crowds.

That's coming along really nicely, albeit all the townsfolk being the same is a little creepy ;-) (guessing there will be a few more different NPC models over time). Interesting to see the wee treasure chest up on the roof... kinda cool to see there might be the odd little exploration reward hidden around the place!
That's a lot of active models. I realize you'll make differentiated people, but think of the clone gang bang potential.
