2.655 FIXES & IMPROVEMENTS;
- reduced engine repair costs
- increased starting money from 450,000 to 900,000
- further improved ANTI-PIT system
- updated music volume control to -5 to +5, with -5 displayed as "OFF"
- added text hints for upgrade paths and cooling tips
- fixed S15 Nemesis (KSTYLE) side skirts only appearing on one side
- added fallback low resolutions: 720p and 540p
- expanded engine heat scaling beyond 100%
- fixed spoiler brake light backing not moving with trunk
2,652 FIXES & CHANGES;
- Fixed a very rare bug where you couldn’t enter PA
- Reduced how often AI PITs the player
- Added basic dynamic difficulty for AI aggression based on the player’s win/loss record
- Increased stock tire grip; welded differential now reduces tire grip
- Fixed a rare bug where the race wouldn’t finish if two cars crossed the line at the same time
- Increased walking speed
- Increased look sensitivity while walking
- Fixed out-of-bounds issue on the side road loop
- Fixed photomode so reflection quality stays the same when exiting (if set to low)
- Setting music to -3 now fully mutes it
- Lowered master volume
- Reduced stock turbo lag for all engines; the SR20 got the biggest improvement but is still the weakest of the four
- Reduced the chance of cars spawning incorrectly in PA
- Changed the keybind for sending cars to storage
- Reduced the chance of getting “double or nothing”
- Fixed tires disappearing during customization
- Reduced NOS overheat effect (it was overheating engines too quickly, even with good cooling)
Update is avaible now, if you have itch.io launcher setup correctly, it'll download automatically.
It's HIGHLY recommended you get your launcher setup correctly so you can download updates easily. Itch.io launcher is not great but it's worth it for all the updates the Private Alpha is going to get.
If you haven't joined the Discord, you really should; It's where all the game suggestions and bug submissions are which are really important for making your voice heard. If you cant link your Patreon or cant talk in the server due to discord account restrictions, talk to a moderator and they'll give the roles required manually!
