Vanilla Plus v3.0 Preview P4

Oi folks, 

time for yet another update. This time featuring dimension support and lens effects (finally some Depth of Field in Vanilla Plus).

- added support for nether and end
- added motionblur
- added legacy-style lens flare
- added depth of field
- fixed clouds and translucent objects
- minor tweaks
