Padded armor + stealth animations

First thing Version 1.15.14 is open to all supporting tiers!

And I've been sculpting on some padded armor. Something a bit more lewd after the basic leather armor. There's still a detail pass I need to do and I'll need to figure out the different body types with that chest window. Might take a bit of iteration to get that to look right on the larger chests.

Since I've been chipping away at the stealth skill checks I figured it was also time to do some proper stealth animations. These are still pretty early on but hopefully I'll finally have those placeholder crouching animations replaced in the next build. There's also some in game setup I'll need to do to support the different weapon types animations but that'll come next.

Oh, and I tossed the more polished leather armor textures up here too. I was toying with the idea of adding color tinting to armors and then giving that control over to the player. But every time I've done this or seen this in a game before the end results end up being kinda "meh". Or everyone creates black, white, or pink armors and then never thinks about it again. It's would also require a good chunk of time going back to previous armor sets and upgrading those to match the dye system. So I think having a couple different hand crafter colors for armor sets will add some variety, pad out the loot tables, and be time efficient. But we'll see, nothing is set in stone just yet!
