The Strangest Objects in Paralives
Hey, Alex here!
You have seen our various showcases of new clothing items and furniture we’ve been adding to Paralives. We’re able to create rooms and outfits in many styles already and we can’t wait to see what you’ll be doing yourself when the game is ready. However, to spice up our catalog of objects, we thought we should add a few that are out of the ordinary. Léa, Sonia and Chloé were tasked with this special week-long project recently and we’re showcasing some of these weird objects today!
There are some, umm, interesting things going on in that room…
New 2024 trend just dropped: the manly leg lamp.
Say hi to Pippin, the life-sized plastic cow. A great addition to any living room, if you ask me.
On the left, you may remember this teddy bear we’ve previously shown. Léa now added the bear on the right. It looks like it had a good life and was loved by many children!
More very comfy plushies/cushions!
The egg and lip seats are perfect for wowing your guests!
This piñata is only decorative for now but I’d love for us to make it interactable later!
Small decorative items. My personal favorite is the doll because its legs can be resized vertically to any length!
Two original side tables, to say the least.
This bed that looks exactly like a coffin will be used by many players for roleplaying tragic events, I’m sure of it.
Hat with a propeller, a classic that will never go out of style.
Horse mask!!!!
What if you could bring the warmth of a hot baguette to your slippers on cold evenings? Well, now you can, kind of!
This jelly on bread costume will be great for your next Halloween party or just for your everyday casual outfit.
To finish this post on a good note, please enjoy how this hat’s propeller and the horse mask wiggle when you turn your Para around quickly!
I hope you liked this look at some of Paralives’ strangest objects so far! Don’t hesitate to share your ideas for more unique items you’d like to see. For now, our artists are back to creating more “normal” items!
Have a great weekend! 🐴
Alex

Beautiful !!! Need to add more of that !! <3
That manly leg lamp 🔥
I absolutely love the bed-coffin.
THIS IS SO FUN!!
PLEASE ADD MORE OF THESE! I love all of them😭😭😭
SAME !!! XDD
I love this! Just please tell me things like the jelly sandwich aren't regular items NPCs will wear, I've been scarred by a certain other game 😂
Ha! I love the "help" sign.
I wonder if the Paras wearing the jelly on bread costume will always fall with the jelly side down 😆
hahaha!
Bruh I’m stuck in the comments lol
Love the baguette slippers lol
id love to see either a lava lamp or as a slight nod to robin williams and have a "genie" lamp as a decor/light option :)
I love lava lamps… ive wanted one for ages but for some reason they went out of style 😩😂
The little jiggle to the horse mask is everything! These items are perfect!
Those baguette slippers need to be a real thing. The French in me wants to say it's a crime against humanity, but the Gen Z in me loves the absurdity of it.
Honestly I love things like this!! Yes it’s a life sim but life can be pretty ridiculous at times lol
I've been begging for lip sofas in Sims 4 and were getting them from the start in Paralives.
Will there be a feminine leg lamp so the manly leg lamp doesn't get lonely?
That would be great!
OMG the hysterics will ensue with all these quirky additions, can't wait to see what storytellers come up with <3
oh this brings a lot of the nostalgia from the sims 1 in a way, i love it
the quirkiness and attention to detail never ceases to amaze me with these weekly updates! Entirely too cute, I love it already!! 💕
How about adding a heart shaped hottub? Those are unusual looking.
What about hottubs? Are they part of the base game?
Hot tubs are planned but it's still uncertain if they will make it for the initial release or if they will come after that!
Do the lip sofas add any moodlets or special kissing animations?
No but that could be fun!
Yes the lip sofas.
I love the cow. I can only hope we also get Beyonce the metal chicken, too. That leg lamp is amaze. Also, holy shit, the propeller hat has physics! That's amazing.
Please make a Robot Dog similar to Sony aibo ERS-1000 🥰
Amazing! The horsemask is great. I will definitely be populating a whole horsetown with horsepeople
This was so cute. I loved everything. My faves were Pippin, Manly leg lamp, Lip couch, Dolly long legs, Propeller hat and Bojack Horseman mask. Can't wait to use these in my builds and on my paras
genuinely excited to use that duck table in my builds
"It looks like it had a good life and was loved by many children" 😭 Please, my inventory is full today, don't give me more feels than I can carry.
Loved this. My favorite? The leg lamp and the coffin. Bravo 👏
Can't wait to build a three-story Rapunzel Tower and have that doll sitting in the top window with its feet touching the ground
how dare nobody in the comments be talking about *Pippin*?! life sized cow?? for your bathroom? bedroom, porch, living room, EVERYWHERE. Pippin is giving me life 🐄
if we have a life sized cow why dont give her some life? you know ;D
I will actually use that dice side table so much, I think it’s so cool and I’d love one in real life 😂😍
Omg how nice would it be to have race bed?! Or a life size interactable chess set!
I love these! Especially the leg lamp, lip couch, pinata and the entire picture with the help sign, skull pot and long leg dog.
This is by far the best paralives patreon post ever
THE SIGN THAT SAYS “help” LMAOAOOAO
That well-loved teddy is everything I never knew I wanted! Also, that goose painting is *chefs kiss*.
That lip couch is giving major sims 2 vibes, I love it.
Yes, please make piñatas an activity! Perfect idea
LOVE the physics, hoping we get the coffins for some funeral aspects, not just for “faking it”
Losing it over the doll legs and horse head wiggle
The doll is just amazing. I will put it on a balcony railing and make its legs reach the lawn
incredible <3
I love everything, especially the horse mask and the coffin bed!
The important question is can I wear the propeller hat with the horse mask? 🤣🤣🤣🤣
That would have been perfect!! Not possible unfortunately!
These items give me so much nostalgia for the wacky weird stuff in the Sims 1 expansions like the love heart bed, skeleton furniture, cake dancers, and wacky y2k inflatable furniture. I love a lil whimsy in my simulation games and look forward to more in the future.
Oh, these are fantastic and I love the coffin bed, great for any goth bedroom haha! Also, the horse masks remind me of Bojack Horseman :D
The coffin is everything to me I will definitely not be using it for my tragic vampires
My first thought was "yes we're 1/16th of the way towards Vampires".
That lamp is incredible. I'm defiantly going to use that all the time lol 😁
Absolutely wonderful! 🥰 But also ... Penut butter jelly sandwich couples costumes? 👀
👀
The coffin bed is, maybe counterintuitively, giving me life!
"To finish this post on a good note" Uh. This whole post was a good note 🤣
Hehe ♥
I love these!
moo
These all look so much fun !! I Love it guys 🤩❤️
The egg and lips seats are so cool. Can you imagine a breakfast food theme house? A bacon table? A pancake desk with a waffle hutch? A cereal bowl bathtub? Nice!
I want the skull plant in real life
Y'all truly activated my autism with this post i will def be saying manly leg lamp in every sentences for the next week!
Hahaha!
Looks great! 😍Would be nice if the teddy bear got worn out automatically dependant on how long it's been in the household 😁
That would be a cool thing to add in the future maybe! I agree!
Had a legit chuckle at the animated horse mask. I might be tempted on making a BoJack Para, ngl. My favourites got to be the all of the plushes, coffin and skull planter. I can see myself using those.
I'm sure the side tables are going to amp up every interior! Wish I had a table like this IRL! lol
Amazing 10/10 no notes, haha
The leg lamp is GENIUS. The skull planter is SO COOL! looks like y'all had a lot of fun making these XD so amazing!!
We did had a lot of fun!
THE MASK PHYSICS!!! I'm screaming
Yesss!
Ah! I'm so excited! 🤣🤣
The coffin bed won
YES. LEG LAMP. NOT A FINGER!
Thank you for making these! Weirdly enough, I can see myself using these quite a bit!😂
I love the wacky stuff! More wacky quriky stuff please!
I really loved how you guys went for the more wacky stuff. Now imagine a bed with graffiti designs
These are amazing and I want the pug plushie haha
I love it! I wanted to leave you with a suggestion that I have been thinking about for a long time... In Paralives, will there be the possibility of making holes in the walls? I think it would be an addition that would give play to many things...
Could be cool! Like a square hole or a hole made as if someone punched it?
I was thinking if the propeller would be animated to move all the time, but it having physics and the horse mask as well, it's so much better, did not expect it!
Lovveee the furniture options! I love a good crazy couch or accent table, to really customize a person a little more personally than your generic furniture. Can create much more fun stories with these options 😊 my favorite is probably the skull plant and the pug pillow 😍
I love that you can use the coffin as a bed and place a tv on it too
YESSS THE HAIR PHYSICS IS BACK!!!
Those objects and clothing could be used in a Paralives music video or a film.
LMFAO for all stuff on today's post. The aged teddy bear kinda normal tho.
