On today's menu, an interesting assortment of accessories, clothes, hairstyles and some new additions: gloves and teeth variations!We hope you’ll find everything to your taste, and bon appetit!

You can finally customize your parafolk up to their teeth! Here are the options we have for now:
On the left, teeth with braces that can be recolored and on the right, teeth with a middle gap.

At long last, a cozy hoodie that I can spend the rest of my life in! Available with patterns and underlayers.

Because we love makeup and we know you guys do too, we added a bunch of lipstick variations in the game! We got some with contour, bicolor, shiny, glitter, more faded, metallic and so much more!
Various lipsticks, you are bound to find a perfect fit for every one of your outfits.

I wonder if we will be able to edit existing hairstyles. I typically enjoy low-ponytails on characters, so I wonder if there will be a slider to determine the height of a ponytail/pigtail?
Are you gonna add more longer hair styles I would love to have maybe even a SUPER long hairstyle just for fun idk :)
I love this! The only thing I can say is the teeth can use some work. They look too flat and unnatural.
Love the sunflower dress! The teeth look a little too big for my liking. Maybe you can make them a bit less chunky?
Don't forget to add eye patches please! :-) I really need to be able to re-create Danish Graves from "Fargo 5", I fell in love with that character

I hope the watch can be worn on both the right and left wrist, I have always worn mine on my left, and actually don't even know anyone who wears them on the right.
I have it on the right! Maybe it's because I'm left-handed?

Obviously this wouldn’t be available at launch but I would love to customize the individual brackets on braces 😂 I remember in middle school I had rainbow braces.

Hey team Paralives, LOVE to see the new updates!! I really like the ability to add braces to teeth, and I loved all of the new hairstyles a lot! With the Para's themselves, my eyes are INSTANTLY drawn the heavy lines / shading on the backs and the cleavage. I know you've been working hard at the skins and making some of the lines / shading a little bit more subtle; I'm wondering if that would be another area to look at?
Agreed. The skin looks like that of an old person's.
Loving the new items. I can already picture my Paras using all of these. My neighborhood can really reflect what I see in my actual neighborhood.
I don't read news 😂 I only check what is new in Patreon Paralives!! And I am always do happy to see a new post. This one makes me especially happy as I myself have a tooth gap. In my options, it could be a little bit more visible. But I am happy with that anyways and Justin looking forward to playing!! Have a good weekend💗🫶🏽
The red head para would be a good addition to the base game townies. She is stunning! I say it so much but I'm so impressed with how the art style has developed. It's turned into something so simultaneously unique and aesthetically pleasing. It's actually a bit tough for me to describe haha.
I absolutely love seeing new Paras, they look amazing! The inclusivity is everything 💕 I also love that bowl cut and color, y'all are making me want to cut my hair 😭 Also there's something about the torn stockings that I simply adore, props to the awesome artist that went into purposefully distressing them! I love it all. *continues to await anxiously, albeit patiently for this game*
Love the new hairstyles! The clothing also looks good but I have some constructive feedback. I'm a fan of your artistic vision in general, but I find the prominent creases/shadows on the white shirt and (especially) the shoulder blade outlines on the paras to be really distracting. Those particular lines attract the eye a bit too much, detracting from the visual impact of the body and clothing. For example, the creases make the business shirt look shabby/dirty rather than clean and professional. The shoulder lines make every para look like a linebacker, which is weird for a feminine para in a formal dress. I hope you will consider toning those lines down a bit, like you did for the legs. But as a whole, great work and I look forward to seeing more!
I agree, the lines on the shirt really make it look less white and pristine than it is supposed to be
I can't wait to try out the Paramaker!!! If there was ever an opportunity to try out just the Paramaker before the game releases, I'd be all over it!
The stuff ! THey brought us more STUFF ! Look at it ! Love how natural the gathered fabric on the mini dress looks ! And the tights look like tights, not like glitched legs or like paint. The variety of lipstick applications is incredible, wasn't expecting there will be something deeper than a basic lip coloring available with the artstyle Paralives have. And we have various shaded and contoured lips ! The turban also sits naturally on the guy's head, not perched on top like an add-on. And of course the double ponytails are cuteness overload. Thanks for creating and programming all these for us to use ! Excuse me while I'll go squee and clap hands like an idiot.
Honestly I live for these paramaker updates, I love build mode, but my passion is making characters. I love the variety and the fact that we’re going to have so many layers! I did have an epiphany/suggestion/question and it’s something I’ve seen a lot of modders add to other life sim games, but an assortment of bangs! I love the high pigtails and I absolutely have a character in mind that it would be perfect for, the only thing is the bangs are actually different (character has more like “Sailor Moon” bangs, as I call them). Would the same logic that applies to some of the shirts, apply to hair as well, where some hairstyles could have varying bang styles?
Hi Makayla! That's a really good suggestion! We had considered doing something like that as we want to add a lot of options in the hairstyles’ section. Unfortunately, hairstyles aren’t created using the same system as layered clothes and adding “variations” (like having a chosen hairstyle with layered bangs or with side bangs, or none at all) is almost the same amount of work as recreating 3 completely new hairstyles for our artists. The bangs part wouldn't be able to simply clip on a given hairstyle, like a jacket can be layered on a shirt. With this in mind, we are focusing on creating the most “basic” or common hairstyles first, before eventually adding complex variety!
Insanely pretty!!! I’d love to see streaked hair variants and I feel like the tooth gap should be slightly more pronounced imo but overall this is so pretty!!!

I like how well the glasses seem to 'fit' in the face. As a glasses-wearing person with about a dozen different types, I'm hopeful we'll eventually get a few more different styles. Possibly some with thicker frames, no frame on the underside of the glasses, duo/triple (re)color options for the frames and some fancy sunglasses? The gloves look great, you can really see the difference in texture. I do feel like the lines at the top of the in and outside of the arm could be improved, except for the mittens. Are all these accessories available for all ages? Also, please tell me we'll be able to make Jesus nikes by adding regular (white) socks to the sandals to dress the typical West European old white male boomer.
Love, love, love this! Getting more and more excited to play with the paramaker with every new post. Each para looks so different from each other— No same face syndrome (loving the “bowl cut” and hooked nose on the alternative/feminine para), no identical vibes… You can really see the lengths to which the customization in this game can take you! Also the summer dress and ripped fishnets are EVERYTHING!!! Each of the paras has the cute cartoony style but something about them is just so real and alive :,)… And it’s not only are the proportions/anatomy looking great on the models. Like, the one guy with the short hair and the basic clothing looks like he is hardly getting through the work week with the right amount of sleep, whereas the man with the turban looks like he has a more stable and rewarding work schedule. You guys have done such a great job with this, and everything you make, paramaker or not, is able to tell a story without words. One suggestion I do have though— for the braces, they are adorable, but a little big! Assuming this is so you can actually see them on a screen. However, in real life, they typically take up less space on the tooth. Very small nitpick though, this is just coming from someone with family members with braces. I can’t wait to see this continue to develop and am so excited that I get to be a part of this process and will get to play in the near future. Great job team! ❤️❤️

I love all of the dresses, but especially the sunflower one 🌻 It's great to see a generic mark zuckerberg hairstyle too 😂 it will definitely come in handy :) With regards to the pattern on the dress, will it always stretch in the wider areas of the body, or is it something you're still working on please? It's a small detail, nothing critical, but I am curious nonetheless! I also second the comments about the shoulder blades - I know you revisited body lines once already, but it would be great if these could still be amended a little (the legs do look great already!) Amazing job, as always 🦀
What other different types of teeth do you plan to make? Larger ones in the front or small teeth with larger gums? Will it affect the way the Paras smile? And will there be a change in colour if they drink too much coffee or don't brush their teeth? :D
Being able to make the teeth more yellow is honestly a good idea since most people dont have perfectly white teeth, regardless of personal hygiene

Love it! Will the gloves be available in different lenghts? And same with dresses. Will we have the option to adjust the lenght of the dress? I am still skeptic to women para though. They still look a bit too masculine for my "liking" they dont really look feminine body vise for me

Great stuff! I hope there is a way to prevent randomly generated paras in the world from wearing horribly clashing clothing items. Maybe if there is a section in PAM in which the game randomly generates outfits and the player can quickly thumbs up or thumbs down the outfits to build up an "approved outfits list." This is also applicable for players who want their world to fit a certain aesthetic or time period.
I think the best way to go about it is to actually have no fully random townies! It would be very cool if there's a pool of characters that are still created by the devs that can come into down for variety, but the open world should make for a great way of having enough neighbors and townies :) I love when I interact with townies and they actually have their own jobs, skills, families, friends etc. This way you also avoid the horrible outfit choices lol

Oh hell yeah! I love the options! Are we gonna get some good ripped jeans maybe? That would be absolutely cool! And maybe something like chucks or vans that would also be so absolutely cool! I'm really excited there's already so many cool options and it gives us a really good base for so many paras c: Also maybe for lipsticks there should be one that is like a lipgloss that adds a little of a tint and a shiny effect! But damn those options are so great already!

I think the shoulder blade lines need to be a lot fainter because they kinda look like back boobs/also at the same time kinda makes the back seem so flat? ... and the cleavage line a bit softer so it doesn't seem like the line blurs into the clothing But other than above feedback this is so freaking awesome!!! The faces are looking so good and the clothing is brilliant 👏🏼 love the pigstyle ponytails... when the Paras turn their head do they slip over the shoulder?
Thank you very much for your feedback Jenni! Unfortunately, the ponytails won't be able to slip over the shoulder. It would look amazing, but also entail a considerable amount of technical challenges :(

hello will later there be presets of other types of teeth and if there would be the possibility of having piercings and things like vitiligo, birthmark, scar, strabismus and other to be more inclusive ?
Yes! There should be presets available for most of these suggestions (teeth, birthmark, scar, piercings), they might be included in the game in time for the Early Access release or shortly after. However, vitiligo and strabismus are not confirmed yet as it's more technically challenging to include them in our systems and we need to consider our different options before making a decision :)
I think I'm gonna spend so long creating people in the paramaker I don't know how I'll find time to play the game, it's stunning! My only request would be for a couple more medium length male hair cuts, perhaps with a surfer or rockstar type vibe

Heya guys! This looks absolutely amazing. Just a few things I would like to confirm, if possible, what is your plans to potentially add more one piece outfits for men. I know there is the typical suit but will you have different style of suits, waist coats, etc. What about rings, specific engagement rings or wedding bands. As for the hair, I assume the dark roots with the blond hair can be changed? What about the glasses that the Parafolks was wearing?
From what I've seen everything can be altered with a color wheel, the roots can be recolored to match 100%, and the glasses should be able to change as well :)
