Back to Malevolent Work

Hey!! It's been a while since my latest status update, but don't worry, you'll soon get tired of seeing them again :D

I hope I made it clear last time, but I'm going to move to another country in some time (probably a year from now) and I went there last month to decide if I actually want to move.

During the time I was gone, I kind of got tired of walking with luggage from place to place, checking different cities and so on. I even started missing working and my desk pretty early, even though I like to "travel" I don't actually want to do it everyday. The problem is that when I'm somewhere as a tourist, I try to make the best of the time I have out there so that means I walk in a month more than I walk in a year at home (probably much more, considering it was 20-30k steps everyday)

So my decision is that yes, I do want to move but the logistics are difficult and I don't even want to think about it too much. From now on I'm going to be fully involved into my work instead and over time I'll move my plan along, but right now the priority is the game and that's how it'll be for at least 9 months from now. It's very unlikely I'll go anywhere else this year and truthfully I don't really want to go anywhere else this year, this trip was a lot.

At the time I'm trying to catch up on things, see how people voted on the polls, check comments, reply to comments.

I've also documented the bug reports I've received via the in-game form. There seem to be 3 bugs in total, one that's happening to one player on Android in the start of the playthrough (if you're reading this please contact me), one where players may not be able to go to the simulation room/classroom even though they're supposed to (I need to make sure of that), and another one in the medical room in the ISA where even if all the rounds go by well, the conclusion is negative and at least one player can't leave the medical room.

I've also quickly fixed a bug where if you went into the credits and then came out of it, the game wouldn't work properly for some reason. Fixed this while trying to reproduce what happened to the player on Android.

I hope I wrote something legible here, because while I may be back at my desk physically, mentally I need a few days probably to get back to my usual working speed, time in which I'll try to limit the technical stuff I'll be working on to prevent further issues.

Thank you and I hope we get to talk for the rest of the year without any more interruptions, and that by the end of the summer all my plans for this iteration of Malevolent Planet 2D will be done!!
