(new download) MANDALORIAN SWORD / BLADE
Before I start — I need your help:
Someone sent me a video showing the new Mando weapons/blasters, but I can’t seem to find it anymore. The good soul who sent it to me — if you’re reading this — would you be so kind as to send it again? Thank you!
Ok, back to this release.
While I was working on the new Mando rifle, I was also asked about the sword… so here it is :)
Same situation as with the rifle — it’s still very early, and we don’t have too many details yet. I did my best to recreate it based on the visible parts, while using some logical interpretation and imagination for the rest. It appears to be some kind of vibroblade, so that’s the aesthetic direction I went with.
The model is split into parts for easy printing, includes a center hole for structural strength, and comes with both STL and 3MF files — ready to go.
I hope you like these quick little releases. The new items were just too cool not to make , and if you are wondering where im getting the image from, i attached the source of those "references" 😄

How are you measuring the 230mm for the rod? I'm seeing the bored length being 635mm through the whole sword?
Its possible i typed a wrong value i am always working on 5-6 things at the same time so its possible i mixed up numbers when creating renders, the 230 does sound too short :D will double check it :)

Why size rod do we need for the center hole support ?

I want to let you know when you inevitably update the files to better reflect the prop, I expect that to automatically update my printed prop.. make sure you get on that :).. thanks, as always great model
