just re-watched your Fiat 126p intro video, you said in 2023 that it had a fuel leak when you filled up the tank all the way, was that taken care of?

I feel like you should use your stock coda as a diagnostic tool before you get rid of it to revive the dead one. Though time consuming, swapping parts from the dead one to the good one or vise versa is a pretty easy way to isolate the issue.

I have a warm spot in my heart for Trabis. Spent a week in the recently-former East Germany in 1991. I was sitting in a park, and watched in horror as I saw someone sideswipe a concrete bench with their Trabi. Tore a GIANT HOLE in the side like it was the Titanic vs. iceberg.
Speedometer inhalation was not an issue I was aware could happen.

As much as I really do want to see the Electric Explorer done, like everyone else. I think I could be a good idea to temporarily shelve it to give you the ability/motivation to work on more projects. I feel that when I shelve a larger project to get other large and small projects done, I get a greater sense of satisfaction. Like that I got a bunch of stuff done and didn't feel like I was stuck on one big one that wasn't going anywhere.
Yep. Big jobs can be fun and rewarding..when completed, but almost always tend to have many moments of "WTF am I doing" and "God why did I start this". Its always good to try and recognize before you hit that point, so you can just take a break and tackle some smaller, easier to digest projects and get that slab of electrified meat jello to squeeze out some of them happy chemicals.

On the Polski Fiat, you should take the fuel filter off and fill the gas tank with air, see how free flowing it is. Saw it on junkyard digs and it seems to help
I did this and it flowed out perfectly fine

I feel like "sit in a corner not working and have random things placed on it" is what a Polski Fiat is for. I only have a sample size of 2 to go on but it's a 100% accurate hypothesis so far.
I vote for doing a Kickstarter to raise funds to do a collision test with the Spiras. Try to do it as close to how the IIHS does it. Note, I have no idea how feasible such an endeavor would actually be.
I hate to say this Robert, but I don't think you have enough help. You have all these cars to work on, and I think you need a shop assistant. Definaty not to many cars. Nope.
