My eBook mod just got a major upgrade! Discover 30+ new reads, bringing the total to 90+ unique eBooks, all with custom Simlish titles, moods, and motive boosts. Many of the new titles were chosen by patrons or inspired by my latest readsâso thereâs something special for everyone!
The eLearning Library interaction has been tweaked for better skill balance, and you can now unlock the ability to write Simazon reviews after reading a few books. Keep writing, and youâll gain followers⌠and maybe even a tip!
I've also expanded the picker so you can actually admire the beautiful custom covers before choosing. Here's what it looks like now:
Plus, enjoy custom reading preferences that apply to all readingânot just eBooksâmaking Bookworm Sims feel right at home. Why didn't EA add Reading preferences?? And yes, there are brand-new Maxis Match buffs too.

Hi, is there a way to allow Sims to use the Slablet and read ebooks in bed?
Some of the skills are missing from the list in the library.

Hi! I love this mod so much! I was wondering why my sims weren't skilling as quickly as they were before and I just saw that you slowed down progress in the Feb update ha! I liked the quick skilling...is there a way to change it back to what you previously had it? I'd be using it just for me. I just need to know which interaction tunings to use (I see three that mention eLearningLibrary) and what numbers you had. Thanks so much!
Hi, of course! You just need to change one file. Search for tablet_Read_eLearningLibrary in S4S, and find " <u> <u> VerySmallPeriodic " (around line 180) and change it to the value you prefer. I originally had it set as StandardPeriodic, but you can also choose SmallPeriodic, LargePeriodic, or just go for HUGE if you feel like it! </u></u>
I can't seem to get this to work despite also having the latest version of the Lot 51 core library :( Is there a special tablet / something I need to do to activate the subscription that I'm missing?
Hi Amber, you just need the Base Game 'Slablet'. Also, ensure your script mods are no more than 1 folder deep in your Mods folder.

I just love this mod so much, thank you for the updates! My current sim is an author and finally made enough money to relocate from an apartment in Evergreen to a nice cottage in Henford, she reads from Simazon almost every sim day.
