Flex Agency Career Pack (Part-Time) ⏰

20th April 2026: Fixed a few typos.

6th April 2026: Updated to 32-bit instance IDs for the Royalty & Legacy dlc (prevents dropped careers). You will need to rejoin the career. If your Sim already had the career, a one-time LE may occur on the first load only. Make sure to delete the old version, as the file names have changed.

4th February 2026: Updated for the 2/‌3/‌2026 PC: 1.121.342.1030 / Mac: 1.121.342.1230 patch

1st July 2025: Updated tuning for the Enchanted by Nature game patch and fixed reported Issue: Exception for (UnboundLocalError: local variable 'reward_text' referenced before assignment)

26th May 2025: Added phone & computer interactions under Work/Career to let Sims change jobs within the same agency. Added a new file to my modlibrary script to auto-clear career history on quit—no more rejoining at the same level (fixes EA bug). Please grab the latest version of my mod library too.

Remember my first Flex pack? This is a complete remake, built from scratch! In the old version, you had to use cheats to advance past the first level and pick your career branch. Now, as soon as you join the agency, you can choose your career right away. There are 10 careers to pick from, each with 3 levels. Plus, daily tasks are customized for each branch and level, along with new buffs, interactions, and uniforms. You can even select your own uniforms with another one of my mods.

This is a true part-time career, so you can choose AM or PM shifts to fit your schedule. (Teens won't be included this time, but they’re getting their own pack with hours that work for them!)

I’ve put a lot of thought into making each level fun and engaging. Here are the tracks you can choose from:
