Twin Pistol of the Fuming Bull

Weapon (pistol), rare (requires attunement)

This weapon uses 2d6 for its damage dice, instead of 1d10. Whenever you roll a 6 on a damage die rolled for this weapon, the target's speed is reduced by a cumulative 10 feet until the start of your next turn.

Fuming Blast. When you take the Attack action, you can choose to replace all your attacks with a special one using this weapon. When you do, a hail of shrapnel and toxic fumes sprays from the weapon in a 30-foot cone. The three creatures closest to you in the cone must then succeed a DC 15 Dexterity saving throw or take 2d6 piercing damage and 2d6 poison damage; a creature within 5 feet of you makes the saving throw with disadvantage. If a creature's speed is reduced to 0 as a result of the damage from this effect, it's also restrained until the start of your next turn, as parts of its flesh are briefly turned to stone.

When you mess with the bull, you get a face full of lead and some chemical burns.

Ah, man. Between "bull" and that green vapor I was hoping for gorgon's breath.

It effectively is! That's why the special attack can slow or even restrain a creature!

Not sure if "Twin" was an intentional artistic word choice, totally cool if it was, but just fyi the technical term for that configuration is "Double-barreled" as in a double-barreled shotgun. Awesome item regardless though 👍
