Squad Battle Rewards

Hey Guys, 

This should be a massive week for the market with a lot of influence from Black Friday. From my experience, this is what I expect to see - 

1. Huge SBC’s 

I am not guaranteeing a Base Icon SBC this week as I really have no idea. The codes added yesterday likely both pertain to Icon Swaps, but the Base Icon code has been inputted previously. This means it could theoretically drop at anytime. 

Whether it’s a repeatable like Base Icon or some amazing Flashbacks/Moments, EA wants to take coins off the market prior to Black Friday. The less people have liquid the higher the pack sales, so this makes the most sense with me. 

They also need a very large base of SBC’s prior to Black Friday, so fodder can try to sustain price during Lightning Rounds. 

With this said, I really expect fodder to do well this week. The rise is fully dependent on what we see, but I can’t imagine a week without amazing SBC’s! 

2. Panic Daily 

With the above looming, I suspect that most people and Discord’s are advising to be out of cards before 6 PM UK. I expect the market to rise pretty naturally, but you’ll see some panic around content release. I would advise the same as if we see these killer SBC’s it does detract from the meta market. 

3. Team Buying 

Regarding buying your team, just pick prices you like and don’t look back. This is always my advise and although simple, it’s best. If you want to be the absolute safest buying Wednesday night or Friday morning, but you may miss out on the lows. For perspective, Mendy and Gomez have peaked around 130-140K PS, but Mendy is now 100K and Gomez is 85K. The savings are already substantial. 

With that said, here are some fodder prices that will look pretty good if they drop here with SB rewards - 

89’s - 32K PS/33K Xbox 

Ter Stegen 38-39K both

Oblak 49K both

Laporte/Chiellini under 20K both

Handanovic 26K both

Hummels/Pique 14.5K both

83’s 1.5K 

As you guys may know, I am NOT a big SBC fodder guy. I don’t like this kind of investing typically, but I also know it presents a massive opportunity. Again, I predict to see great SBC’s for the reason above. If you think that makes sense, go for it! 

Next, I do believe the META market sees a slight rebound into Monday as people get coins! Here are my favorite looks -

Pogba Low 150’s PS/ Low 130’s Xbox

I think these cards will likely stay low off and on until around 10 AM Monday morning! 

Next, let’s look at what we can do to prepare for daily SBC’s if you haven’t already! We should see UCL Marquee this week at the least

Rare Gold CB from Spain, Argentina, France, England, Brazil - Aim for Discard

Non-rare CB, LB, RB, from Serie A, Premier League, Ligue 1, La Liga, Bundesliga - 500 coins 

At least get your clubs full please! This is an easy coin making opportunity. The daily SBC’s have been dry this week with no promo, but they will return! 

Lastly, here is a massive player list for mass bidding! You can mass bid on these cards 1-1.5 hours after rewards or Monday morning 8-10 AM UK. These cards are holding value super well from objectives or SBC’s!
