a guide to flaming out: a reminder
this is meant to be the final piece of A Guide to Flaming Out, though there is one remaining bit I haven't edited yet. feels weird to send the conclusion when an earlier piece isn't finished, but I need to film some stuff by hand for that and I'm editing from the library today, so. had to go with what was workable.
footage from Radiohead Chile.

Thank you so much, this was what I needed at this exact moment in my life, I both belly laughed and cried in the best way
My therapist had some pretty good one-liners, like, "My condolences, you're human after all," and "How are your chemicals doing?" as a way to ask how I was feeling that didn't trigger my touchy-feely-is-cringe defenses. But the one-liner that shocked me to my very core and sticks with me to this day was, "I guess there's a part of you that actually gives a shit about you."
I don't have much to say except that we all love you too.
Thank you for making this video. I think this video is going to be my reminder whenever I'm not okay too.
I needed to hear that right now
Thank you for this
I really, really needed to hear this today. Thank you for making and sharing it.
The last line encapsulates what I want to tell myself every time I'm feeling hopeless/ scared/ ashamed.
Thank you, really needed to hear this during this moment in life
