Adventure Game Tier List: The Walking Dead: The Final Season, Heaven's Vault, Citizen Sleeper, Norco, Conclusion
hey team, you're actually getting the conclusion a few days before it goes up on Nebula. with the holidays and all, we took a little extra time with it. it's currently queued for Monday, but I thought I'd go ahead and let you see it. it comes after a run of four games I love, and "fawning appreciation" is a nice note to end the series on.
holy crap we actually made 50+ videos in a year. (and, yes, it was one calendar year, cuz even though we're finishing 2 weeks late, we started 3 weeks late!)
we'll be releasing the behemoth cut to YouTube at some point this month (possibly broken up into the three phases, rather than one 80-minute video), and then... I dunno! I wanna keep working with Willow, so we'll see what we come up with next.

It always feels a little bit odd when part of the Internet goes away forever. It was always part of the real world, of course, but the best parts always pretended they were something different.
Interesting how everyone else on YouTube is posting multi-hour videos compiling their reviews of various topics and you're like "80 minutes is too long for one video"

I get so frustrated watching these. I absolutely cannot abide games playing (I think it's a neurodeficit?). But Heaven's Vault looks like it would be fascinating. It also looks like it would scratch a lot of the same itches as Outer Wilds?
Have you considered watching a Let's Play or similar? I've done that with some games I knew I didn't want to play all of, but I wanted to see how it played out.
