Setup A Corporate Office. Set the venue type to Retail.

Open A Corporate Business
From a computer select "Open A Corporate Business". This will give your Sim the CEO trait.

This can be done at your residential lot before you purchase the retail venue.

You'll need the Industrial Factory Machine somewhere on the retail lot you plan to purchase.

You can also add the File Cabinet.

Now you need money to purchase the retail lot. The price will be whatever the value of the lot. This is a feature of Get To Work, not this mod.

The Corporate Dashboard
This is the main hub to control the business. Use this to hire corporate employees and purchase raw materials.

Hire Corporate Employees
This is a simpicker. Select up to 22 Sims and 8 minimum to work for the business. This interaction will give the "npc Corporate Employee" trait.

How To Spawn Employees To Work
Use the Corporate Office event. This event is non-goaled.

Corporate Employee Interactions

Errands are functional rabbit hole interactions.

Assignments are functional interactions, these will send a sim back to the computer to work.

Purchase Raw Materials to create products. The purchase process will take up to 2 hours.

To sell the cars, use the retail business feature to set them on sale.

Raw materials cost $12,500. Vehicles will sell for 50k +. It takes 2 hours to order raw materials. You can produce vehicle inventory every 2 hours.

How The File Cabinet Works
From the computer you can print various documents. They'll end up in your inventory. You can then store them in the file cabinet.

How To Install
-Unzip file.  Keep all files in the folder.  Place the folder in your Sims 4 Mods Folder.
-Sims 4 game options, mods and script mods need to be enabled.
-Requires the latest version of Sims 4
-If there isn't a zip file, just download all the files below, place them in a folder, then your Sims 4 mods folder.

-Do not re-upload to any site
-Translations cannot include the mod.  Only stringtables.
