How To Download Zip files
Most of my mods are uploaded and released as a .rar file. That means you'll need a program like winrar to extract the mod. I use rarlab.com or win-rar.com.

Download .rar Files And Install The Mod
After you've downloaded my mod, it'll appear at the bottom of you computer screen. Click the file and you'll then see the mod folder. The next step is to extract the mod. To do this select "Extract", and the location to send the mod to. I generally send them to my downloads, but you can also send them directly to The Sims 4 mods folder.
Select Downloads or Documents > Electronic Arts > Sims 4 > Mods
If the mod isn't unzipped correctly it will not show up in your game.
Useful Tips For Mods
-Check for broken CC
-Keep The Sims 4 updated to the latest patch
-Make sure you've removed previous versions of updated mods
-From Sims 4 game settings ensure Script Mods are enabled, and Enable Custom Content And Mods (Always recheck after a patch)
Common Issues With My Mods
Social Events Wont End
The reason this happens is I've forgotten to include the proper ID for a reward. It prevents the event from actually closing and you'll need to exit the game. I recommend removing the mod and waiting for a fix. In some case the fix may be delayed if the next update is close.
Custom Venues Aren't Appearing
I working to add my venues to a Universal list, meanwhile try different custom venue lists to get the venues to show up. I've got them to work with Zerbu's list. However in most cases if you don't see the venue simply avoid the venue purchase process, setup a generic lot, add needed items such as a computer, and play through the rest of the mod. They're setup so the venue works either way. The only venue that doesn't is the Ownable Apartments Mod. The trait needed to unlock all interactions happens through the purchase interaction. That'll be updated soon.
Mod Doesn't Show Up In The Game
Generally is an issue with how the mod was unzipped. If it's not extracted properly the mod won't show up.
No Interactions On A Computer
Because I'm using Script Features from Mod Constructor, my mods work mostly on basegame computers. Specificially the All-In-One Power PC. Does not work on laptops. Currently in the process of learning Python Scripting but no timeline on when I have my own custom scripts.
This troubleshooting guide is a work in progress. As more issue appear will update this guide with the solutions. You can always report an issue in the comments section on Patreon. I will see the issue. If I do not respond to you doesn't mean I'm not working on it. I generally make most fixes with the next version of a mod. If I can't fix a mod it'll become unsupported until I can.

Hello, Thank you for the time and energy you put into the mods, they are great! I just updated sexy gigs and i cannot cook crack at all! i have the yum stove, the ingredients but its no option to make it at all. Do you know what could be causing this issue?
make sure you're clicking the stove and not the pot. Let me know if that helps. Also make sure it's the correct yum cooker stove, there are two I think. Once used and one new looking. Check to make sure the sim has the trap queen trait as well.
My game won't load my family when I go in after making sure I updated the family gameplay mod.
The family gameplay mod is broken. There isn't an update for it just yet. Please remove the mod.
ive put the lash bar in my game but it doesnt show up when i go to phone and business and career options are you able to help :)

Be sure to use the most updated version. Older versions are broken.
First I love your mods!!! n I been hoping for a coma mod and here it is. Thank you. It works great except My coma patient still walks, talks, ect. what did I do wrong? I did : somethng feels off, asigned a care giver.

I'm having issues with the dildo maker not working at all. I am getting a greyed out option with "mtf. Sexy Gigs"

I am not sure, what i have done wrong. I cannot assign any trait of your mods via CAS, yet some interactions show up on the PC´s and the gigs work, at least i can see them. Any advice?

Make sure you assign one in cas. They have to have the trait prior.
Hi! I'm having the same issues as John George: I've installed ownable brothels v3, downloaded basemental universal venue list, have those in my mods folder, but the trait nor the option to set the lot to brothel is showing up.

Hello, I have the ownable brothels mod. My sim has the brothel madame trait, and im using the all-in-one computer, but when i tell he to purchase the brothel the command gets immediately canceled. Any ideas on what im doing wrong?

Hello! For the medical clinic mod it is showing up in my game (in traits) but when I download the all-in-one computer and click it, it doesn't give me the option in opening the medical clinic.
Hello anytime I add one of your functional work places my game crashes and won’t load do they conflict with anything your mods usually work for me and I love them.
Check to see if you have duplicate mods. If you're talking about the ownable functional venues mod then remove it completely it has a critical issue and no longer available.
I am trying to buy the recording studio/record label but when I go on the computer to make the purchase. I go to purchase recording studio but it's saying there is no lot available.
You have to set the lot up first before it'll show up on the computer. And make sure you have the trait.

Does you mod need Windows 11 to work, your Sexy Gigs, Fashion Industry and Music Industry mod does not work for me. That is the only thing I can think why it wouldn't work for me.
It should work with windows 10 or whatever the sims game works on. Sexy Gigs is broken and currently in the process of getting an update. The update is releasing very soon and will work for you.
This is probably why some of my things did not work. I was using 7-zip and archive open
Downloading XML Injector from CurseForge seems to have fixed some missing menus for me. Perhaps Scumbumbo's website has an old version?
Im having issues with the Fashion Mod, The computer interactions arent appearing ( I have the proper boring basic game pc).
