Checking in with Markus Braun: TF Live in Berlin
We did a live show in Berlin on March 11 and we recorded it. We discuss our best friends from Wirecard, an electric VTOL taxi company that has, so far, only created a fake airport terminal in Coventry but cannot actually fly anywhere, and much more.

I do hope someone has pointed out that it's pronounced Yat-la not Yatala
doesn't riley ever get the urge to do a smart startup? just to take everyone by surprise?
This is the most polite crowd I've heard at a live TF show.
It's ze LIVE one! I giggled hard at the ", skipping the 2n dimension". Nice thinking there. Ahh, people reinventing helicopters. I've only been in them once, and it's enough. Its loud, dangerous, and if you're a celebrity probably lethal.
Wait, was it Braun or Marselek that made their bones by telling investors that he'd just do a handstand when he needed to focus¹? Because the circus connection starts making a bit more sense. Also, Russian circus acts tend to go pretty hard, so there's that [1] Seriously, _can_ he do the handstand? l _need_ to know
Just realised that “Huhn” (roughly pronounced “hoon”) is the German word for “hen” & now I have mental images of chickens driving souped-up roadsters, doing doughnuts in car parks, etc.
A lot of cheap TVs in the US are Roku tvs and I remember when they started advertising quibs as Roku Originals. Suffice it to say I never watched one.
Now, now, thanks to the good folk at Roku I have been able to watch Franco Zeffirelli's Jesus of Nazareth
I just looked up rod liddle and i think i’m permanently scarred. He’s like a distended, slightly more decomposed version of bojo
Like something described in the lyrics of an early era Carcass song
The Hoon'ning?
Nate getting applause from the audience for his quick thinking. The native son returns. 😭
