Flying Buttress

Howdy Doody, I'm finally back on fibre broadband. Only took 6 weeks. FeelsGoodMan. I mean... it still took all bloody day to upload this SuperCut today to YouTube. But I suppose that is because it's a 31Gb video. Just keep in mind it's only just finished processing the SD version so... the quality m

Hello Sorry I didn't get this one up earlier for you lovely peeps. I didn't get a chance at all this weekend to record the script and it was kinda annoying because I knew the script was only like... 1 minute long or something. But on the plus side - I've basically built the SuperCut already. I start

Hey, So... I'm just gonna drop all the remaining videos on Tuesday. Tomorrow's video (Chapter Twenty Nine) is basically the finale. Everything afterwards is just housekeeping and ties up the minor plot threads. And they're all a bit short so sod it - I'll put em' all up. I haven't finished the epilo

Hello, I needed to reupload Chapter Twenty Eight with an updated Patron credits bit at the end cos there's been some changes and stuff. It's getting a bit confusing lol. Patreon insists on taking money on the 1st of the month so if someone deletes their pledge after they've paid... then I feel like

Hello, We're getting very close to the ending now. To be fair, Chapter Twenty Nine is basically like the grand finale of the main conflict. And then the remaining 4 videos tie up smaller plot threads. So that's cool. Anyway - This internet situation I've been having has turned into a saga. And now i

Hello, So... here's a funny story. My 'proper' internet was supposed to be activated yesterday. 'Supposed to be' being the key words there. It has not been. So that's great. They told us it would be activated anytime before 23:59 on 22nd of February and yet... even by about 16:30... I had a sneaky f

Hello, This one's a bit more interesting. Nice callback to the short story 'Dark Mirror' by Steve Danuser which you can download here... https://worldofwarcraft.com/en-gb/story/short-story/dark-mirror I may actually do one of those short stories next, ya know. I still have the massive undertaking of

Hello, Another 'Talanji talks to Bwonsamdi on a balcony' episode. Although it does shed some further light on some stuff. I'm in the process of writing the Chapter Twenty Nine video. It's a complicated one. All these remaining chapters are fairly short except Chapter Twenty Nine where everything hap

Hello, Ok. Here's the next video. We're back to normal now. FeelsGoodMan. I've still got a further three videos already made so I'm like... two weeks ahead of myself at the moment. I'm gonna keep making vids (albeit at a slightly more leisurely pace than usual) but I reckon I could potentially finis

Hey peeps... So this 4G hub thing is a bit poo. And by poo, I mean... I was on full fibre broadband before. And now I'm getting anywhere between 0.55mbps and about 12mbps download speeds. Depending on how the hub is feeling at that particular moment. Butt... it's nice to be somewhat connected again.

Hello, Here's the next video. It's a fun one. I tried to make a reference to that really annoying World Quest in the Port of Zandalar where you chase a bunch of kids but... it's probably just gonna confuse people. In other news - I've been levelling an alt (when I can) recently. A Kul Tiran Guardian

Hello, Short and sweet episode again. At least it sheds a bit more light on Apari's past though. Sometimes these short chapters can feel a bit filler-ish. Like those episodes of 'Friends' where they'd all sit round a table and discuss previous episodes of 'Friends'. In other news - I'm kinda excited

Hello. How's it going? So the worlds gone mental. Or... more mental anyway. I know there's an old saying that's basically like... 'When the whole world seems crazy to you; you're the crazy one' but I'm calling bullshit on that. World's gone mental. I don't even know what to say. I'd usually just ram

Hello, I enjoyed this one. The whole *panting* thing - It's those kinds of jokes that really tickle me. If I had the balls... I'd have stayed in that moment for about 10 minutes. The trick to that kind of joke is to either do it for just a bit too long or go to the extreme and do it for waaaaaaaay t

Hello. Happy New Year! Doing a little experiment with this one. Not only do the WoW models look a lot better on my new PC but I can utilise the much better hardware to render the videos at a higher quality. So... basically... that's what I did. lol. I've rendered this one at 1440p 60fps. I'm hoping

Hello! Long time, no see. lol. Feels like it's been ages. How'd your Christmas / Holiday season go? Mine was nice. Makes me laugh; when I was a kid... Christmas was all about the presents. But nowadays... it's all about the food. Especially cheese. My new PC is here. So I will be doing a whole bunch

Hello, So here's next Tuesday's video for you nice and early. I've put this one on Google Drive cos otherwise it'll just be sat on YouTube (unlisted) for a week. And now it's officially my Christmas break. lol. Nah i'll probably try and get more vids done so I can get ahead of myself a bit tbh. I sh

Hello, So - as the outro of this one suggests... I'm not gonna bother uploading a video on Christmas day (which is a Friday this year). Not that I care too much about the way a video performs... but it does seem kinda pointless. I will work on the Chapter Fifteen video and upload it at some point ne

Hello, Think I had a brain fart at the beginning of this one. To be fair... I've had a stomach bug, the sniffles and my face nerve started hurting again this week. It was great. Loved every minute of it. lol. It's weird though - I can't remember ever having multiple ailments at the same time. Like..

Hello, So this new method of sharing vids early is confusing me a little bit. lol. But only cos I'm a creature of habit and I've been using the Google Drive method for years. Hopefully it's working? Let me know if it isn't. In other news - I'm starting to slightly regret my choice of Venthyr as cove

Hello, Google Drive has been shitting the bed for about a week and is just not processing videos. And since Google are outright refusing to accept it's a fault on their end despite countless people moaning about it on their forum... I'm trying a different method of delivering videos early to you lov

Hello, I usually wait until Google Drive have fully processed the video before posting but I've been waiting for it to process for about 70 minutes and I've got other stuff to do. lol. If it's still not letting you watch it after a few more hours... let me know and I'll try and reupload the vid (cos

Hello, So that was a nice week off. I think I would have been a bit stressed out and overwhelmed if I'd tried to balance Shadowlands launch with uploading vids to a schedule and shiz. Mainly because you're not quite sure yet how to manage your time with dailies and weekly's. Hell it took me probably

Hey peeps, Face pains eased off so I finally managed to record and finish the next vid. It wouldn't be a Warcraft book without a vision sequence. But do you know what I appreciate about this book? It gets to the point. It's not like we're gonna spend the next 20 chapters unravelling what that vision

Hello, Bloody council meetings are the bane of my existence in this series. The Horde ones are bad enough with having to fit like ten characters into a scene but now we've got Zanchuli council meetings as well. lol. I've gotta actually say the word Zanchuli in Chapter 8 and guaranteed, no matter how

Hello Here's next Tuesday's vid. Tis a nice straight-forward one. Unlike Chapter Seven... which has been a bit of a ball-ache to edit so far. So... Surprise, surprise... getting a dislike on every video. Which I kinda predicted. I would actually admire their dedication (considering they've hung arou

Hello, Here's Fridays video for you to watch early, if you want. I've kinda realised it starts like a kids show. Especially with the plinky-plonky Zandalari music in the background. I'm a little bit scared YouTube are gonna push it towards children even though I flag my videos as 'Not Made For Kids'

Good morning / evening / whatever time it is in your neck of the woods... Here's next Tuesday's video for you lovely patrons to enjoy early. Some of the WoW books definitely feel like they take quite a while to reveal where the plots actually headed. Whereas this one feels like it's set everything u

Hello! Bit of a short one, unfortunately. And also kinda not funny at all. But it does advance the plot, somewhat. I feel like I get dangerously close to sounding like I'm doing a Troll voice for Bwonsamdi without meaning to. He's literally written in the book as saying "Fa'da" and stuff. So my brai

Alright mates! Here's next Tuesday's video for you to watch early. I like this; it's got that Saturday morning cartoon feel to it. Except with poisonings and people stabbing themselves in the gut. So, as expected, I got about 3 comments (from people I've never seen comment before) moaning about Made

Hello, So here's the next one. Probably one of the most 'technical' vids I've made - at least for a while anyway. Kinda realised I couldn't squeeze that many characters into one 'shot' so I had to get a bit creative. I don't actually get embarrassed by much nowadays (on account of being 32) but doin

Hey peeps, Look what I just finished. Not gonna lie - I'm feeling pretty good about how this turned out. Which is why I'm putting it up so early. Cos I'm excited lol. Starting a new series is always a bit difficult. Not only do I get the ol' imposter syndrome and think... "What if the last one was j
