Case you already fixed the ScripthookV issue with the backup files, you may face this new issue: Game loads but says that your activation failed. What to do? 1 - Close the game 2 - Temporary remove or rename the commandline.txt file from game folder 3 - Load the game, when you see the "must update"

Skorpion Gamer helped me in this case sharing the commandline he used to block game forced update on launch :) So, now the zip contains a commandline.txt that would allow you to open the game in offline mode avoiding forced update.
