ScripthookV temp FIX for STEAM version
Here we go again, gta5 backup files of previous game patches to bring back mods in actual game patch that was just released :)

Unfortunately i only have the fix for STEAM version of the game :(

download the config file from the lspcd website it worked for me

I replaced both of the files but when I launch it pops up the error of my script hook being out of date.
this error only appears when scripthookv is outdated of the GTA5.exe is newer than the backup i provided, so, you probably did something wrong
i verified my intergrity said 2 files were missing now i can load into story mode but it sent me back to updated game version 2.699 and cant play mods :(
did you tried renaming mods folder to modsss to test before restoring modified files? maybe you just need the gta5.exe, don't know, here works fine with the files i linked

try renaming mods folder to modsss to test, restore your files or verify files integrity using your launcher case problem still, remember that you need to replace update2.rpf in mods/update case it exists there too
Is it possible to get one for the rockstar launcher version?

nice but remove the update2 rpf file because this file breaks the game
here only worked when i added that backup file.
