Character Reveal: Meet Deluge!

Meet Deluge, the Storm Supervisor for Heavy Rain and Floods!

This guy seriously needs to retire, but none of his protégés are... quite ready yet.

Being one of the most senior folks in Tropolis, he's seen plenty, and probably knows every single drop of water personally; having masterful control over rainfall.

He's wise, powerful, and a bit goofy. You'll have to excuse him for blanking out sometimes!
Good luck on reaching your retirement, Deluge!
