Delay Jumpscare

Heya folks!
Figured I'd update here, given everyone might not have seen the announcement elsewhere.

An Update: Breeze in the Clouds is currently moving ahead independently while we figure out what the next publishing or funding steps might look like. We want to give a huge thank-you to our previous publisher for helping the game reach this point. Because of this transition, the release schedule is going to shift. We’ll share more news once everything is settled. Thanks for your patience and support!

I can't get into specifics at this time, but I can say that I'll be able to share updates a bit more freely moving forward and some other plans.

I would like to apologize about updates being rather scarce this last year. Between some industry shake ups, crunch time, downtime, day job stress, burnout and other restricted things, it's been a bit difficult to share comprehensive updates.

Development has slowed down quite a bit in the last few months or so, in addition to me also been focusing on earning some funds via other projects and commissions (you may have seen my pixel art commissions, as well as my involvement in the visual novel, Sweet Leaves). This will likely continue into the new year to some capacity.

Lastly, I'm gauging having discussions with other publishers vs crowdfunding or something equivalent. I'm also excitedly looking at getting patreon backers that demo I know many of you have been waiting on. I have something in mind, but it's fairly outdated, so I'll need some time to better prepare it.

That's all I've got for now! I want to thank both the long time backers, as well as newcomers for being so patient with us.
