A quick fix for FSR2/3, OptiScaler and regular TAA

A tiny extra update with just a few basic fixes. FSR2 and FSR3 should work now, sorry about that, also, OptiScaler should work as well (although, I’m still looking into updating the integrated version to latest). Also, those fancy upscalers requiring Extra FX now work with triple (with a caveat: if quality for sides is the same, at the moment it’ll process the input as a single frame, which might produce artifacts in some cases, working on that as well).

Also, I’ve fixed a couple of smaller issues with Extra FX, and rewrote TAA from scratch to try and achieve the best sharpness while reducing flicker and ghosting.
