Well, it seems there was an issue with the very last version of BepInEx, so here you go:
What's new?
- Something changed between BepInEx 5 #161 and the final release, which made MoreAccessories buggy. It should be fixed now.

Left-side accesory panel is bugged in this version (no "+1" and "+10" buttons even if there are no accesories used, scrolling for this panel don't work as well. Plus if there are more accesories used all of them displayed as "Accessory 21" button, which is displayed several times and overlapped with "Exit" button in lower-left corner. Though characters with many accesories load fine and right-hand accesory panel (which allows turning them on and off) works fine. With bepinex 4 and the compatible version of more accesories all works properly on the very same game installation.
