Status update Episode 12
This week, I've been posing animations for a lewd scene every day. I'm almost done with the lewd scene, and it ended up being a bit longer than originally intended, and that's always nice.
When animating, I've been working with both old and new DAZ versions. It was a minor inconvenience to swap between the two, but it worked well.
I plan to only render with DAZ alpha versions in the near future. As a render queue for a PC slave empties, I will upgrade the DAZ version for that system. Then I'll rinse and repeat this process until all PCs are updated.
I spent half a day playtesting episode 12. I got to see scenes I hadn't played before, and the episode felt pretty long already, even though it feels like there's a mountain left to climb. I thoroughly enjoyed playing what has been created thus far.
Thanks to playing the episode, I came up with the episode name, but that reveal will be saved for later in the development cycle.
Next week, I plan to finish the lewd scene I'm working on and continue posing static renders for written scenes. I need to pose around 600+ static renders to catch up to the written dialogue again.
The animation queue will be rather big after I complete this lewd scene, but I plan to create another lewd scene soon.

So wtf is the deal with this most recent preview being locked behind a $40/mo paywall? I've been paying $25/mo for quite a few years now and I can't see a preview? That is kind of BS I'm not going to lie. (just to be clear I'm not talking about the preview I'm commenting in I'm talking about the one titled Iris.)

I hated Quinn before touching on her story and now she is one of my Favorites.
I bet the episode will pull a lot of story strings together and answer some questions that are in the air since the beginning. No wonder it feels already huge in the middle of creating it. Looking forward to what you will deliver!

What does your Patreon support have to do with Steam? I also live in Germany and therefore cannot buy BaD via Steam either. But as a Patreon, I can still download and play it. I support Doc here at Patreon in order to support BaD in the long term. And what can Doc do about the regulations in Germany? It's not his fault. Besides, you can buy it at GOG.
