Status update Episode 12
I spent this week writing dialogue. I mostly wrote canon story, some branched content, and scenes for two free roam events. A couple of days ago, I returned to posing static renders, and I've now started working on a lewd scene.
I will start next week by animating and posing static renders for this lewd scene. After that, I will continue to work on static renders for the other scenes that I wrote.
I really want to play the episode and see the completed scenes in-game, but I haven't done that in a while. If I need a break from animating next week, I'll playtest the episode to get a better sense of what's been done up to this point.
The animation queue is finally running low. Two lewd scenes that have been rendered non-stop for a little more than three months are almost completed. I plan to build another big animation queue over the upcoming months, one lewd scene at a time.

Yup, it's hard to imagine someone played Season 1 and did not enjoy it enough to buy Season 2 and 3.

You have to go to your patreon settings. There search for connected apps -> Discord. You should see the DrPinkCake Discord here and can connect to it. (Menu items could be named differently as I translated freely from my German layout). Hope it helps.
It seems that everything is going well up here! I'm glad to here that everything is moving forward as planned and it seems that your decision to upgrade your computers are paying off and are much faster than before. I'm also happy that the promotion helped you find new players and more following. It seels like conservatives feel all powerful these days and are pushing for more censorship and social control than ever before. We need to fight this back unless we want to be put back under the crushing control of the clergy once again. Keep us posted about your progress!
Well apparently it's actually a feminist group that is pushing for the censorship that is affecting games like Being A DIK so it's the conservatives mortal enemies that are the problem right now, not the "clergy"
I have heard, from Drifty, that there has been a movement to remove AVNs from gaming sites and some have given in. Is that what you are referencing DPC?

Thank you for the update. Your game is next on my list of games to try. I'm hoping things settle down with the campaign and something is sorted out to still enjoy our games together as a community. It's a group effort. I love all the stories in these novels.
Anti-censorship campaign? Not gonna happen here in Germany... (at least I did not notice anything). It's a shame. I bet there are so many people who don't know about the game because they are not on Patreon or know how to use a VPN. But still, congrats Pink. This simply shows what you created and are still creating here!
Germany is one of the worst Censorship States, you cant even buy an AVN there on Steam…

I'm currently playing again. Literally as I got the update. No surprise this game has found success because you created something worth playing.
As I wrote on Drifty's channel, the 1.3M figure is pretty damn crazy. Then again, if any AVNs were to reach these numbers, I'm not surprised it would be the likes of Being a DIK, Leap of Faith, Summer's Gone, and so on—especially bunched together *for free*! 1.35 million??? Damn, I mean this game is amazing…I think it’s easily one of the games I have tried several (like 15) play throughs to get different results…dialogues etc. which works! Specially with my tied for 1st Sage.

Hello Doc, thank you for the DevLog. It's great to read that the new episode is progressing so well. I think GOG's initiative is fantastic, and it's great that you're supporting it. Thank you very much for that. I hope something changes here soon, because otherwise many games will disappear from Steam, GOG, Patreon or Subscribestar. Developers are simply being deprived of the opportunity to finance their games. There are currently two petitions aimed at forcing Visa/Mastercard and other platforms to reconsider their policies. Love to hear about the redemptions for the anti-censorship campaign. Just saw some stuff that came out to the surprise of no one about some die hard conservatives trying to destroy the lead they have right now revealing their interest in this kind of censorship and going further based on leaked interviews from I think last year. I don’t plan on living in a dystopia so these are great!
Every radicalism is always the loudest and everything is put inside one basket as a "porn game" when in reality porn is legal and selling and somehow no one is banning it cuz' porn industry has influence and money (not that I'm advocating to ban it - what you do as an adult is up to you as long as you're not hurting other people). All those organizations, politicians and so on should fight against real problems like child labor, extortion, human trafficking, pedophilia and make sure to educate society how to defend themselves against all that. Thing is that's more difficult requires real effort it's not as PR friendly and most of all would require overhaul of education systems throughout the world and that could mean that people would be assertive and think for themselves and that's dangerous cuz' it's hard to rule and manipulate someone who is an independent and critical thinker. Side note I wouldn't be surprised at all if some of those loud conservative voices turn out to be proper deviants, hypocrisy at it's finest. "I am not afraid of an army of lions led by a sheep; I am afraid of an army of sheep led by a lion".
