PEACH | Orien Chain Top (UPDATED 3/26)

UPDATE 3/26: added support for thepancake's Colour Slider mod, plus updated for ADAM V2 shape.

As per request, a chain-draped top with spikes and stars. I was gonna make it as a necklace, but the textures would be all crunched up and never as good as just making it as a normal top. SO here it is ^^
