Does the penis mod only appear when wearing the outfit or is there a way to get it all the time? Also what skin do you use? I know it's not exactly the same way Eve works, but I just can't seem to figure out how Kleos works.

Hello, this is just a top. You should be able to use it with any other penis mod bottom (Simdulgence Realgens, Noir Pornstar, WW default, etc). The skin I use is NorthernSiberianWindsN14.
