Parrot’s Ark: A New Fleet of 192 Arcade Titles Joins the Voyage!
Something much bigger has appeared on the horizon.
The recent voyages of Parrot's Ark have brought individual arcade systems aboard one at a time.
This shipment is different.
192 arcade titles across 16 systems are joining the voyage.
An entire generation of arcade hardware is now coming aboard, spanning machines from Namco, Konami, Taito, Capcom, Tecmo, Eighting, Raizing, Atlus, Acclaim, Video System and Time Warner.
Many of these platforms share roots in the PlayStation generation of hardware, but arcade manufacturers took that technology in very different directions with their own I/O, sound hardware, storage, controls and custom components.
Those differences now have to be mapped and emulated one system at a time.
And the doors to that part of arcade history are opening.
A new generation comes aboard
The following systems and games are now part of the expanding TeknoParrot emulation lineup.
As always, support means emulator compatibility.
TeknoParrot does not provide, host or distribute games, ROMs, disc images, game data or copyrighted arcade software. No game software is included with TeknoParrot. Users must provide their own legally obtained game data.

Same roots, very different machines
Many of these systems may look closely related from a distance.
Once you get below deck, the differences become obvious.
Manufacturers surrounded the core hardware with different sound systems, I/O boards, storage devices, security mechanisms, controls and custom components.
Supporting one does not automatically make the others work.
Each system has to be understood, mapped and integrated into the TeknoParrot emulator family individually.
And every additional game has a habit of finding another hardware behavior that the previous one never touched.
That is what makes this shipment important.
It does not just add another machine to the Ark.
It opens up an entire generation of arcade hardware.
Preservation, not distribution
With a list this large, we want to make this especially clear.
TeknoParrot is an emulator project.
The games named above are titles that our emulators are capable of working with.
We do not provide or distribute any of those games.
TeknoParrot does not contain ROMs, disc images, game data or other copyrighted arcade software.
Our work is focused on emulating the hardware, controls and surrounding systems that made these arcade machines work.
The Ark keeps sailing
The Model 2 deck was only one part of the journey.
Now another huge section of arcade history has come aboard.
And the horizon is already filling again.
More systems are under development alongside new emulator features, compatibility improvements, controls, graphics, audio and performance work.
They will join the voyage as they become ready.
Parrot's Ark has set sail, and there is still a lot of hardware left to bring aboard.

im not sure why i was banned from the discord after testing out the game asking u guys is it possible to fix the sensitivy slider on midways the grid so it actually works because its too fast. ive been apart of this community for years. why was i banned ?
Love what you guys are doing here. I have a small request. Could Teknogods fix the missing textures in Virtua Cop 3 and give a crosshair option for mouse light gun players?
