Another Major EvoForge Update!
Hey everyone! š
Another big update is now live!
Iāve been working hard on several core systems, and this update brings major improvements to sound, tyres, AI behaviour, liveries and visual conversion quality.
š Completely reworked sound import
The entire sound import system has been refactored from the ground up.
Sound handling is now much more accurate, and the result is getting very close to what we had in AC1.
The goal is to preserve as much of the original sound setup as possible while adapting it to EVO.
š Another major improvement to tyre conversion
The tyre conversion system has been improved once again.
EvoForge now transfers all the parameters that actually define a tyre, rather than relying on a limited number of inherited parameters and approximating the rest from the tyre range.
Some parameters simply cannot be transferred directly to EVO, but the conversion now preserves the original tyre characteristics much more accurately.
š¤ AI behaviour improvements
Iāve also made some adjustments to the AI to make it less optimistic when approaching tight corners.
A lot of cars were carrying too much speed into certain corners and regularly ending up off track.
For now, these changes are more of a workaround than a real fix. The underlying behaviour appears to be something that should ultimately be addressed by Kunos.
Iāve therefore made some small adjustments to improve the situation, but I donāt want to endlessly tweak around the problem while waiting for a proper solution from EVO itself.
šØ All liveries are back
Iāve also restored the import of ALL liveries for a car.
The livery selector has been removed from the import process as well.
EvoForge will now automatically import the complete set of liveries available for the car.
š¤ Driver & visual improvements
Several other issues have been fixed in this update:
Fixed an issue where the driver wasn't converted correctly, resulting in an incorrectly positioned EVO driver.
Fixed several bugs causing visual artefacts on parts overlapping glass surfaces.
Fixed transparency issues affecting dashboard instruments.
And probably a few other things Iām forgetting⦠š
As always, Iād love to hear your feedback, especially regarding the new tyre behaviour, sound conversion and AI improvements.
Try it out, reconvert some of your favourite cars, and let me know what you think!
ENJOY! ā¤ļø

This is hands down the best app I've ever seen I'd even think something like this was possible Thank you very much keep up the great work You're a legend
I am getting a few conversions that go wrong at the moment, for example sometimes they will export without audio or audio from a different car. that means I need to re-export them for it to be fixed. Please please please add an option for evoforge to do this automatically for the cars I ask it to re-export so I dont have to sit there myself for an hour haha. I also think something like brake temperature wear should be a standard thing that can be customised over all mods instead of some - because I cant always access the options I also still cant force cars to let me adjust their aero :( Oh and adding the Performance Index Liveries are also having issues coming over still, for example one car i've exported keeps the original roof when I try to change the colour. brake discs also don't change colour when trying to do it.
Bonjour, je souhaiterais vous faire une suggestion; c'est de rajouter si possible, la sƩlection de skins des MAPS avant la conversion s'il vous plait :)
Tu veux dire le tracé ? c'est déjà le cas
Is it possible to make an option to update the conversions by clicking on everything instead of having to manually delete them all and redo it. And evo forge only updates whats new? e.g. just the brakes or just the driver model if thats what got updated. I think that is probably the most needed thing on EvoForge at the moment.. Still loving the updates :) Is it possible to also easily see the true torque and HP curves with turbos and ers on a graph?
Hi man ! Yes it is now possible in tunning (there is a switch PS/HP)
Does the app update automatically?
Yes it is :)
Wow, that's lots of work again; love it. Can you add a location editor to the track conversion part? and maybe a car preview generator just like content manager?
It's in my todo list
Awesome whereās the download link i wanna try out the sound
