ETS2 - Showcasing the NEW Real TruckerCam Reshade (Update v1.5)
We all know those relaxing trucker POV videos on social media, where the camera lens often creates that characteristic distortion around the A-pillars. That's exactly what Real TruckerCam ReShade aims to bring to ETS2!
The preset recreates the wide-angle camera look with strong lens distortion towards the edges of the image. When parts of the truck interior, especially the A-pillars, get close to the edges of the frame, they noticeably curve and distort, just like they often do in real trucker POV footage.
But Real TruckerCam isn't just about the lens effect. It delivers a crisp and detailed image with natural, carefully balanced colors. Bloom and other artificial effects are kept to an absolute minimum, keeping the image clean, grounded and believable.
The result is a raw and authentic camera-like image that makes your drives feel less like gameplay and more like footage captured from inside a real truck.
Clean. Natural. Authentic. Just like a real truck camera.
How to change Lens Distortion?
If you want to use another lens distortion or play completely without it, you can just change it easy in the GrimVisionFX shader menu.
Truck FOV
For the best Real TruckerCam ReShade experience, I highly recommend setting your Truck FOV to at least 80.
What's new in v1.5?
Added a new "BodyCam" lens distortion mode to the GrimVisionFX shader
Added a new "HeadCam" lens distortion mode to the GrimVisionFX shader
Added a new "Real TruckerCam" ReShade preset for ETS2

Hi, Real TruckerCam is very good, but I'm having artifacts on the screen, like some parts are blurry.
Hey, thanks 👍 Which parts exactly do you mean? Is it around the outer edges? If so, that's intentional. However, you can check whether Edge Blur is enabled in the GrimVisionFX shader menu and disable it if needed.
Cheers pal appreciate it
