Come Plant Baby Bok Choy With Me 🌱❤️ | An Afternoon in the Greenhouse
It's a cloudy afternoon here on the farm, which means it's actually the perfect time for one of those little greenhouse jobs I do every single week. So I thought… why not bring you along with me? ❤️
Today I'm taking these adorable little 15-day-old mini bok choy plants out of the nursery and moving them into our NFT hydroponic channels.
And would you believe these little guys will be ready for the farmers market in only about 3–4 more weeks?! 🌱
I'll show you how easy they are to plant, what I look for in the roots before transplanting, and why I actually prefer doing this on a cloudy day or later in the evening. There's a simple reason for that — I don't want my babies getting stressed the minute I put them into their new home!
This isn't a big polished YouTube production. It's just you and me hanging out in the greenhouse while I do one of my regular farm jobs — and I thought you might enjoy seeing a little more of what goes on around here between the bigger videos.
