Weekly progress report

Hello guys! We had a strange week, but I managed to do a lot. This week I worked again on the library, main quest and decorations and we got a poll character ready. But I couldn't have a normal week, Monday wasn't a work day but I had that already planed and Tuesday we had even a tornado in my city (first one in 131 years!) so I spent most of the day without power.

Now 2D stuff time, we got Sienna/ the magic shop woman ready and she has 3 poses. For v0.2 we're mising a NPC for a secondary quest that started on chapter 1 and he'll be back in v0.3 and the faces for the enemies and we would be ready.

I wanted to go for ar artisan/craft woman looks, I hope she doesn't look too much like a barista. She is the character with the biges boobs in the game and probably that will stay like that.

Now on the asset's side, this week I realized that a suscription to the page I download the assets was a great move, because I have been downloading models for the library like you wouldn't belive! And with the suscription those were free. So, We're missing the railings and more museum like stuff, some signs and we should be ready.

Game wise this week i was focused on adding the main quest events, when i do that I usualy re read the script changing stuff when I don't even know what a character meant and adding dialogue options to some scenes because the MC was reacting too much on his own. On some events I'm on part 2 of the adding which is adding camera movement, music and sound so, soon I'll start part 3 which is adding the character animations and of course every part of the process includes checking the events again which is good for quality control.

So, I think the main story should be 100% in the game next week and most of its events should be in phase 2 of the review process. Which means, forcing my friends to play the game, phase 3 should take another week and adding the secondary quests should take 1-2 days. Right now I think more decoration is needed for the library and for the mall I need the store signs and the anime/games shop which already has a space and events planed around it. But it feels like every 2 weeks I say that v0.2 will be ready in 2 weeks, at least v0.3 won't have that many new areas so it shouldn't take that long because it will use the same mall and police station for most of the events.
