Update v1.2 for Nitro Boost mod!

In new version:

- Boosting now shoots blue nitrous flames from the exhaust. The flame colour can be changed: blue, orange, purple, green or cyan.

- Tyre smoke kicks up from the wheels on launch.

- A slight field-of-view punch while boosting adds a sense of speed.

- Separate sounds for activating and releasing the nitro, plus a flash on the charge bar when it fires.

- New settings: flame colour, and individual toggles for the flames, the smoke and the field-of-view effect.
