Love this little excerpt! Watching Cyrus work, and be best buds with Patrick, is simultaneously heartwarming and a little saddening.
Very excited to read this one! I have been having a bad depression day but this still made me do a happy stim. I hope that's okay to say. Sorry if it's too much information. Just wanted to say that your writing brightened my day and I needed it. Blue is my favourite so I was really looking forward to having him show up again!
Happy stimming, and admitting to it, isn't a bad thing; maybe to the more neurotypical crowd, but not to me. And even though some NTs treat it like it is, it shouldn't be. Stimming is like dancing, singing, or high-fiving, none of those things are weird - there are some socially unacceptable times for such activities - but they're still not weird. So, I encourage you to happy stim. Enjoy yourself while you enjoy your favorite media.
