Lotta pussy talk this time around for an episode that starts with notoriously gay man Lindsay Graham as a guest!!! (RIP bozo)

Attending GDQ is a fun time and I think you’d both enjoy it. It’s really not as “embarrassing” in person. I will say though that often times the stream room, while entertaining, is actually often the least interesting thing happening at any given moment.

Robin Williams was truly great. But prior to his death, I feel like many people were kinda tired of his shtick like Family Guy had that whole episode making fun of him. So when he passed in that tragic way, I feel like lots of the adoration also came from some guilt that they took him for granted so much. I may be way off base but that’s the vibe I got. It kinda reminds me of David Bowie who throughout the 90’s apparently became the subject of ridicule and people would laugh that he was still going. It wasn’t until he went on a huge break in the 2000s that people could reassess his legacy. However at least in that case, he got to be alive for a good chunk of that part.

The only appropriate response I saw to Robin Williams’ death was Dunkey’s video tribute. But everyone I showed it to back then were put off by it so maybe I’m the weirdo.

Sick ‘sode yall! On SGDQ/AGDQ I’ve been annoyed by so many gimmicky runs in recent years like the dog that “played” a baseball game or the 70 person relay SM64 like can we just get back to Any% or glitchless runs. This SGDQ had less gimmicks from what I saw. The Balatro run and the RE Requiem was great.

on the whole thing with Robin Williams, while I personally didn't have a strong connection with his work, I feel because his death was a suicide made it hit kinda hard. like it's one thing when you hear a celebrity dies due to old age. Even if it's someone who's work I love, you kinda see it coming and it can still suck. With suicide or any kind of sudden death you don't expect, it can hit harder as almost a reminder of how short and feeble life is. For me, I had something similar to when Chester Bennington died. Say what you will with Linkin Park, but for me as a kid who grew up in the early 2000s, his voice was so unique and all over where I went especially on the internet. Just to know that all of a sudden he's gone hit hard for me. If anything, it made me appreciate the work he was able to put out much more, but that kinda happens with all works of art. It's more appreciated/more examined once that original artist is gone and that can be kinda wild.
