Monday Update - July 13, 2026

Yo! Hope everyone had a good weekend. Mine was exhausting and now I feel like I need a weekend to rest after the weekend 😄

If you're new here, we have a Team Sync every Monday where we talk through our plans for the week. These are the notes from our meeting.

Here's what we're focusing on this week

Michael

• Improving the rider animations, better whips and smoother movement on the ground. This is part of the steeze pass.

• Testing the ragdoll and its multiplayer sync.

• Building a temporary customization screen.

Damien

• Building the Atherton ebike, motor parts and frame, aiming to have it ready for the next build.

Joe

• Tuning the ebike once it's in, dialing in the torque and top speed.

• SFX work with Pauli

• Whistler event prep, sorting shirts, stickers, and signage, plus lining up an event at a local spot called Handlebar.

• UI redesign

Cedric

• 1199 Whistler replica trail

Julian

• Editing a new gameplay video for the YouTube and Steam pages with the new sound effects.

• Working with Bryan on ways to grow beyond just social media.

Bryan

• Digging into the marketing plan and new growth avenues.

That's the plan for this week. I don't think we'll do new builds this week. Probably a build next week before we are at Whistler. Hopefully it will include the first version of customization, the new Atherton ebike, some new race trails, and more!
