Monday Update - July 20, 2026

Yo! Hope everyone had a good weekend.

If you're new here, we have a Team Sync every Monday where we talk through our plans for the week. These are the notes from our meeting.

General Updates

• We're pushing a new Patreon build midweek (hopefully). It's the version we're taking to Whistler, with the downhill mode updates and some new content, so you'll get to try it and help us stress test it.

• Crunch time for us with a bunch of big deadlines coming up:

  • July 27-Aug 3: Crankworx Whistler

  • August 31: Deadline to submit Cranked for Steam Next Fest

  • October 19: Steam Next Fest

  • December: Steam Early Access launch

• A bunch of us are heading to Crankworx Whistler next week, so there's a lot of trip and event prep happening this week alongside the dev work. If you will be at Whistler next week, hit us up and let's meet up!

Here's what we're focusing on this week

Michael

• Finishing the base structure for customization. Hopefully release something this week.

• Start working on better rider body positions and other IK stuff.

Cedric

• Finishing up the Whistler 1199 replica trail.

Damien

• Texturing the new trail and filling it in with grass and environment.

• Getting the Troy Lee Designs gear set into the game for Whistler.

Joe

• Adding racing to more trails so there's more to ride in the next build.

• Whistler trip prep.

Bryan

• Fixing the website leaderboard so it stays live all through the Whistler event.

• Sorting out trip logistics.

Julian

• Planning our Whistler content and scouting spots to film.

That's the plan for this week. In other news, we got a new puppy last week! So now I can bring back my weekly pup photo outro.
