Book Club 2: Electric Boogaloo - New book and format changes (?)

1. We're gonna read The Will to Change wahoo! Pdf is linked below, for free if you don't have it already! Planning on kicking this off in September.

2. I want to make some format adjustments and i want to hear from you, that's right you, my patreon peoples *points aggressively*

I think the monthly cadence (minus my absence for a month oops) given the fact that i have a full time job and other life things felt good to me personally. I am planning on keeping that about the same. HOWEVER. I have mixed feelings on the questions. Did you guys find them useful? did you even care? do you prefer to just read and think? i'm not amazing at coming up with questions so if I do this in the future i want to try and make them a bit more engaging. I do like just talking about my thoughts though, i'm probably going to keep doing that but I think i need to be more surgical about how i talk about stuff. a bit too rambly and unfocused.

Additionally, how would people feel about an actual call to talk about the book? I'm just throwing this out there, idk if this would be once a month to talk on what we read or a post-mortem call for the book but I think getting people to interact and talk to eachother could be fun. Tell me if this idea seems good or shit.

I always find group activities helpful for keeping myself doing things so i want to get more of that in there.
